How to install Ucview in Ubuntu 9.04 ?

Postby lucamax » Sun Aug 16, 2009 7:13 am

Hello,
I have follow the instructions for adding the unicap-imaging.org package repositories to my source files, but now, how do I install Ucview in Ubuntu 9.04 ?
I try searching "Ucview" or "Unicap " in Synaptic packages but I do not find anything.
I try to look for a deb package for Ucview but did not find it

I do not have any idea on how to proceed if compiling source code of Ucview is needed for his installation.

Detailled instructions on Ucview installlation on Ubuntu 9.04 are welcome !

After you have added the repositories to the sources.list use synaptic and reload the package information (Ctrl-R). The click the "Origin" button in the lower left. Locate the entry "unicap-imaging.org/main" in the sources list on the left. Click that entry and all unicap packages should be displayed in the package list.
I hope that helps ...

Kind regards
